How Can severe Fever Along With Vomiting Be Treated?
Hi doctor, Monday my parents came from Oman. On that day they were healthy. Next day that is on Tuesday my father become ill with fever of 100.5 and same day my mother had dry cough. My father had vomiting also only for 1 time till today, that is Third day. Mother also have fever 100 from today and she omits all the food except oats.

The symptoms are more likely suggest the possibility infective gastroenteritis.
Consult a physician and start on antibiotics.
As of now drink plenty of water and take adequate bed rest.
